Branch 245 Executive and Legion members will be sadly bidding a fond “Bon Voyage” to 1st Vice President Gail Garland at end of June. Gail is moving away to be closer to her family. We will miss her tenacious attitude, kindness, smiling face greeting everyone when they came to the Legion for TGIF events, and all her help and support that she has given to Merrickville Legion all these years.
Gail plans to come back for visits and stay in touch. We wish her the very best in her future endeavors and know that she will always be a part of Branch 245 and a very dear friend. (by Rose Lamingman)
