Branch 245

Branch 245 will hold Zone qualifier tournaments if the number of entries on the entry deadline date exceed the number of allowed entries for the Zone competition..

Qualifier tournaments will be tentatively scheduled for 2 weeks prior to the Zone competition.

Entry deadlines: 

Branch entry deadlines to determine the need for  a qualifier tournament will be 1 week prior to the scheduled qualifier tournament.

Late entries: 

Late entries only will be accepted if the following criteria are met:

1. Up to the date of the qualifier tournament.
2. Up to 5 days prior to the entry closing date of the Zone competition if a qualifier tournament has been deemed not necessary and provided there are open entry spots available.
