We have a great community that always supports our Veterans (past, present, future).
The Poppy campaign started Friday October 28th,2022 and runs until Remembrance Day November 11 th .
We ask that you wear a poppy to remember our Veterans who fought for this country and still are.
Poppies are free but you can donate into a poppy box they will be located at numerous businesses.
Poppies signify Remembrance because of the delicate but resilient red flowers that grew on WW1 battle
grounds in Flanders fields, despite the devastating effect on the of the war on the soil. Red poppies do
not symbolize bloodshed.
